Appointments and Deposits

All appointments require a deposit to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day. Your appointment is not confirmed until your deposit has been received.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in your deposit being lost, and a new deposit may be required to rebook.

Treatment Suitability and Safety

A consultation will be completed before treatment to ensure the treatment is suitable for you. Botanique Beauty reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is not considered safe or appropriate. Please arrive makeup free where possible and follow all pre-care and aftercare advice provided.
